Weightlifting Development Program - Week 1 of 15
I am going post this program as we follow along with my weightlifting team at Trinity High School. Most of the kids have decent technique now and we have some time before the next competition. So, the beginning of this training block is about building some muscle, and making sure that we are conditioned well enough to recover from the workouts of the next training block, as well as getting plenty of light reps to continue to refine the technique. I would love if some of you followed along with us and gave me some feedback.

for this program are we doing both of the A1 and A2, or pick one of the two to do? I am looking to start a new program soon and may be a few weeks behind you guys on this one.
Yes, you do both a1 and a2. I have my guys superset them. Honestly, you don't have to do it that way. I just do that for time considerations.
what are percentages for everything or it just max effort for everything?
The accessory exercises don't have % just use a weight that you can perform the prescribed reps with good technique.
Any Videos for Technique for DB snatch/ Single ARM DB Bench Possible JTT for these or something?
Sure. I will do it today. I won't be at the gym until about 5est though.
