Good stuff! Has your bodyweight been changing at all? Any diet adjustments?
I eat a unreal amount of food. I wear a polar HR monitor when I do my runs and I try to adjust my calories based off of what it tells me I burn.
LOL that Madagascar cereal sounds great.
I use My Fitness Pal and I just keep track of what I am eating. I haven't been super strict by any means, but just seeing what I am eating helps me know what/how much I need.
