Can't "Spread the Toes"
In all of the seminar videos and everything you have on YouTube you refer to spreading the toes.
Also, what do you think of this mobility program I threw together? I have two squat, two bench and one deadlift day each week. Followed the principles from your warmup video that just got emailed around and tried to work through each of the components and developmental positions.
